Uniweb Initiates System Partnership with EC Site Construction Platform 'ecbeing'

Kiva Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, President: Kota Noziri, hereinafter referred to as Kiva), which provides the web accessibility service "Uniweb," is pleased to announce its partnership with EC site construction platform "ecbeing" (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, President: Masaya Hayashi, hereinafter referred to as ecbeing).

This partnership allows EC businesses using ecbeing to implement web accessibility features on their EC site in as little as one day after applying for Uniweb.

The web accessibility service 'Uniweb' allows seniors and people with disabilities to easily select and change features like voice reading, contrast adjustment, and text size to correctly understand the information on websites.

With the revision of the Act on the Elimination of Disability Discrimination coming into effect on April 1, 2024, various businesses across industries are required to improve web accessibility. Since launching Uniweb in December last year, 'Uniweb' has been implemented on over 115 websites within a month.
