■Considerations

From the above survey results, the following realities regarding web accessibility compliance can be observed.

The necessity of addressing web accessibility is increasing in light of the legal amendments in April 2024.
The reason given by more than half for not addressing web accessibility is that they do not know how to do it, suggesting a rising demand for easily implementable services and consulting on how to address these issues.

As of April 1, 2024, the amendments to the Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities will apply, requiring private enterprises to provide 'reasonable accommodations', leading many businesses to ensure web accessibility. We will work to improve services so that compliance with web accessibility becomes standard across industries.
