(headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Mamoru Tatsumi and Yutaro Akiyama, CEOs; hereinafter "Kanry") and New Commerce Ventures (headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Kota Matsuyama and Kohei Okubo, CEOs; hereinafter "NCV") will hold an exclusive event on February 25, 2025 (Tuesday) for store and retail business executives to introduce the latest overseas trends in store DX.

This event will feature a dialogue with Mr. Tadao Kikuchi, Chairman and Representative Director of Royal Holdings Corporation, on issues facing the restaurant and retail industry and future business opportunities, providing a rare opportunity to hear real voices on IT utilization and DX promotion required in the field of management and to directly share cutting-edge case studies.

In addition, we will provide you with the Store DX Overseas Visit Report, which summarizes the world's largest technology trade show "CES" and case studies of overseas stores around the world's largest retail conference "NRF" to introduce you to cutting-edge store DX technology and global market trends as soon as they are available.
A networking opportunity will be provided after the session to promote the creation of new business opportunities and information exchange among the participants, and a reception is planned after the event.

Born in Kanagawa, Japan in 1965, he graduated from Waseda University's School of Political Science and Economics in 1988 and joined Nippon Credit Bank (now Aozora Bank), graduating from ESSEC (France) in 1993, and joined Deutsche Securities in 2000 as Director of Investment Banking Division before joining Royal Holdings in 2004 as Executive Officer and General Manager of Corporate Planning and Legal Department. 2010: President and Representative Director, 2016: Chairman and CEO, 2019: current position: Guest Professor, Kyoto University Graduate School of Business Administration; Vice Representative Director, Council of Service Industry Productivity; Vice Representative Director, Japan Association of Corporate Executives; Director, Cashless Promotion Council, etc.

Nojiri Kota

Born in 1998, he founded Puentee LLC while still in college.He developed an agency business for Chiba forged cutlery, connecting numerous forged craftsmen with the food and beverage industry.From 2019, he worked as the head of new business development office at a venture company, launching content marketing and an e-commerce site, and selling the business.
With the desire to create a service used around the world, he founded Kiva Corporation in 2020 to provide "proteger," a warranty service for worry-free purchases.
Launched UniWeb, a web accessibility tool "Equal Websites for All" in December 2023.

Hinta Matsuyama

After joining Yahoo Japan Corporation, he worked in advertising sales and was transferred to GYAO Corporation, where he worked in sales planning and business development with broadcasters as the head of the Network Promotion Office and Advertising Development Department.
In 2018, he joined YJ Capital (now Z Venture Capital) as co-chair of the accelerator program Code Republic, focusing on supporting seed-stage startups; in 2022, he founded New Commerce Ventures, a VC fund specializing in the commerce domain.
